Return & Exchange Policy Details:

Return & Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags intact.

Store Credit Issuance: Once we process and approve your return, you’ll receive store credit equal to your purchase amount. This store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on future orders.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to our customer support. We’ll help guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items and personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Alterations: Alterations are not available on items purchased during sale.
